Key Responsibilities: Own and drive high-value paid campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads Strategic ownership of traffic, leads, and ROI across product categories Use tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Hotjar for performance improvement Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge processes Develop A/B testing strategy across creatives, bids, and landing pages Collaborate with product and analytics for landing page and conversion rate optimization Required Skills: 5+ years of digital performance marketing experience 50L+ monthly budget management across paid media platforms Expertise in keyword planning, video marketing (YouTube), remarketing & audience segmentation Strong data interpretation and reporting skills Proven track record in reducing CPL and improving lead quality Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B/SaaS/Marketplace Stakeholder management and team leadership experience Exposure to performance automation or scripts in Google Ads Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Location: Noida Sector 135
