About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize
paid campaigns
across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for improved results.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and generate regular reports.

Organic Social Media Management

Plan and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms.
Collaborate with design and content teams for creative and caption development.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online brand presence.
Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance performance.

General Responsibilities

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives and campaign goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
02 years of experience in
digital marketing or social media management
(internship experience acceptable).
Knowledge of
Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
, and
Google Analytics
.
Basic understanding of social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Must be
based in Maharashtra
and comfortable working
remotely
.
