About the Role: Talent Corner Advisory is looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Executive to handle both paid digital campaigns and organic social media management . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaign execution, performance analysis, and brand presence across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Paid Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads , and other platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for improved results. Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and generate regular reports. Organic Social Media Management Plan and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms. Collaborate with design and content teams for creative and caption development. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online brand presence. Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance performance. General Responsibilities Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives and campaign goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field. 02 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (internship experience acceptable). Knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and Google Analytics . Basic understanding of social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.). Create motion graphics, reels, GIFs, and animations for social media. Collaborate with the marketing/content team to bring creative ideas to life. Ensure brand guidelines and consistency across all designs. Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends. Requirements 13 years of proven work experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar software). Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics. Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with a portfolio showcasing past design and video work. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field . Experience in digital marketing/advertising agency will be a plus.
