Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive who excels in campaign management and optimization across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate is numbers-savvy, understands pixel integrations, business models, and knows the art and science of maximizing ROAS and lowering CAC in the competitive D2C space.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms

Implement and troubleshoot pixel integrations to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution

Analyze campaign data to optimize performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates

Understand diverse D2C business models to craft effective paid strategies aligned with sales goals

Monitor budgets, bids, and audience targeting to drive efficient ad spend

Generate reports and insights to inform stakeholders and improve future strategy

Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-impact ad creatives tailored for target audiences

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media

Manage account health, troubleshoot performance dips, and implement scalable solutions for growth

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google paid campaigns in a D2C or consumer brand environment

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Proficient in pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API integrations

Deep understanding of key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, and conversion funnels

Familiarity with Google Analytics and other measurement/attribution tools

Ability to strategize campaign setups aligned with business goals and optimize for sales growth

Comfortable working with dynamic budget allocations and fast-paced campaign environments

Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Proactive problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn new digital marketing innovations

Bonus Points

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Familiarity with other performance marketing channels (e.g., programmatic, affiliate marketing)

Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles

Experience working in startup or agency settings
