Role Summary Responsible for managing and scaling the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Ecommerce business. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the website, digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRM, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints to maximize revenue, conversion, and brand visibility. Detailed Responsibilities Manage and optimize end-to-end website operations on Shopify. Drive SEO (on-page and off-page) to increase website traffic and rankings. Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Marketplace Ads). Execute Omni-channel campaigns including Google My Business (GMB) and Meta platforms. Manage CRM for website: customer segmentation, retention campaigns, loyalty programs. Oversee UI/UX improvements to enhance customer journey and conversion rate. Analyze website performance, marketing ROI, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with design, product, marketplace, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Qualification (Minimum) Graduate in Marketing / Business / Commerce / IT MBA in Marketing Digital preferred Skills Hands-on Shopify management Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Knowledge of Omni-channel marketing & CRM tools Strong command over Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify reports) Understanding of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint for reporting Competencies Required Strategic thinking with execution focus Data-driven decision making Leadership & cross-functional collaboration Customer-centric mindset Result orientation & accountability.
