Job Summary

Marketo Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, email programs, and nurture workflows in Marketo
• Manage lead lifecycle processes including scoring, segmentation, routing, and database hygiene
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, triggers, and event-based programs
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness
• Maintain and optimize integration between Marketo and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead management and follow-up processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketo campaigns and integrations
• Document processes, workflows, and marketing automation best practices
• Support training and enablement for marketing team members on Marketo usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong understanding of lead management, scoring, and nurturing methodologies
• Knowledge of email marketing, campaign execution, and marketing analytics
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams
