Responsibilities: Aide in the design of test plans, scenarios, and scripts Participate in product planning sessions to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures Conduct manual testing after system modifications to prepare for implementation in production Technical Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of QA process in a SCRUM environment Experience writing test scenarios and test cases from sets of business rules Ability to independently identify testing needs and develop a Testing Plan Knowledge of Selenium or any other end to end testing framework/software Experience within the lending market a significant plus (i.e., consumer lending, solar lending, underwriting and credit decisioning/processes, credit union or bank experience) Communication and Skills: Minimum 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Manual and Automation testing both. Experience in PHP development is considered a plus Strong written English skills (documents required to be written with English proficiency) Ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills Must be able to communicate heavily through telephone, email and video communications, using a professional and courteous approach. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Must commit to a work schedule and be a dependable team player
