Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  functional and performance testing

  on electronic components and finished products.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or failures in PCBs and other electronic assemblies.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards, procedures, and work instructions

  .
• Use tools such as

  multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment

  for diagnostics.
• Support production and engineering teams in

  root cause analysis and corrective action

  .
• Maintain detailed

  QA records and test reports

  .
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and

  suggest process enhancements

  .
• Conduct

  incoming quality inspections

  for raw materials and components, when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  electronic components

• Hands-on experience in

  troubleshooting PCB faults

  .
• Familiarity with

  standard testing tools

  and instruments (e.g., multimeter, CRO, LCR meter).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 23 years of relevant experience in electronics QA, testing, or troubleshooting.
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI in

  Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline

  .
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a

  production

  i.e. soldering/repair etc.
