Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance (QA) to ensure that products meet defined standards and specifications before they are dispatched or integrated. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional and performance testing on electronic components and finished products. Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or failures in PCBs and other electronic assemblies. Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and work instructions . Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment for diagnostics. Support production and engineering teams in root cause analysis and corrective action . Maintain detailed QA records and test reports . Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements . Conduct incoming quality inspections for raw materials and components, when required. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of electronic components Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PCB faults . Familiarity with standard testing tools and instruments (e.g., multimeter, CRO, LCR meter). Preferred Candidate Profile: 23 years of relevant experience in electronics QA, testing, or troubleshooting. Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline . Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to work in a production i.e. soldering/repair etc.
