We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst (Manual + Automation) to join our Engineering

team at our modern office in the heart of Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

● Test Planning & Strategy: Design and implement detailed test plans, test scenarios,

and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

● Manual Testing: Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and

exploratory testing across web and API-based applications.

● Automation Testing:

○ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright,

Cypress, or similar tools.

○ Automate API testing with tools like Postman or RestAssured.

○ Build reusable test frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.

● Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using project management

tools (ClickUp / JIRA), ensuring timely resolution.

● Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, product managers, and designers to

clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

● Performance & Security Awareness: Support performance testing with tools like

JMeter and contribute to basic security validation.

● Process Improvement: Continuously evolve QA practices, driving improvements in

coverage, automation, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: 2–4 years in software quality assurance with a balance of manual and

automation testing.

● Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or

similar frameworks.

● API Testing: Strong experience with Postman or similar API validation tools.

● Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or any automation

scripting language.

● Database Testing: Familiarity with SQL queries for backend validation.

● Project Management Tools: Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, or Notion for tracking QA

activities.

● Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
