Namaskaram! AjnaLens is looking for a passionate QA Analyst to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India) . We are seeking someone with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing. If you have worked on testing user interfaces or have experience in UI/UX testing, that’s a definite plus! This role involves collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify issues early and ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards. Top 3 Daily Tasks: Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across platforms and devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs effectively. Contribute to writing and maintaining clear test cases, scripts, and documentation. Minimum Work Experience Required: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in QA/testing. Prior experience in testing Android and iOS applications is essential. Exposure to UI/UX testing or design validation is a strong plus. Top 5 Skills You Should Possess: Experience with manual and automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium , or similar. Understanding of UI/UX principles from a testing perspective. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail , etc. Basic knowledge of performance or load testing tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. What You’ll Be Expected to Do: Ensure thorough testing across various platforms to deliver a high-quality user experience. Collaborate with developers and designers to improve product usability and functionality. Develop and maintain test cases and documentation in alignment with project requirements. Participate in team discussions to provide QA insights and feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
