Namaskaram! AjnaLens is looking for a Visual Designer (3D & Motion) to join our Design team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Blender, 3D animation, lighting, and sound design. This role requires a deep understanding of visual composition, storytelling through motion, and crafting immersive visual content for digital products and simulations. Top 3 Daily Tasks: Design, animate, and render 3D scenes using Blender with focus on lighting, camera movement, and timing. Add sound design layers such as ambient audio, effects, and cues to support animation and enhance viewer experience. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate concepts into visually compelling assets for use in product, training, and marketing. Minimum work experience required: 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, motion design, or visual storytelling using Blender or equivalent tools. Top 5 Skills you should possess: Expertise in Blender for modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering. Strong grasp of visual storytelling, camera movement, and composition. Ability to design and sync sound elements (SFX, ambient, UI cues) into visual content. Knowledge of render optimization , output formats, and video production pipelines Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content leads. Graphic Design & 2D Visual Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , and After Effects for visual design , UI asset creation , and motion graphics . Ability to design clean and engaging visuals for digital interfaces, and media assets. Understanding of branding principles , color theory , typography , and layout design . Bonus Points For: Experience in VR/AR/MR content creation or real-time 3D environments. Skills in creating reusable motion templates and asset libraries .
