Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to create compelling visual experiences across digital and print media. The ideal candidate combines creativity with an eye for detail and understands how design can tell a story, elevate a brand, and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging designs for web, mobile, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding assets.
Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs and project goals.
Maintain and evolve brand identity across various platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality visual outputs.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and aesthetics in all design work.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

2–5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually impactful designs.
Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
