Visual Designer + Motion Designer

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This isn’t just a “make creatives” role.

You’ll be shaping how the LaFetch brand looks, moves, feels, and evolves.

visual language

• Designing premium static creatives, layouts, brand kits, typography-led visuals, product spotlights, storyboards

motion graphics + animations

brand-led visuals

• Working closely with the creative team to define seasonal aesthetics, moodboards, and campaign art direction

visual systems

• Turning raw ideas into polished brand visuals with strong structure + taste

• Occasionally exploring 3D elements for luxe product displays or website motion

• Keeping an eye on global fashion visuals, editorial layouts, cultural cues, and art direction trends

• Ensuring everything that goes out looks unmistakably like LaFetch

Who You Are

A visual thinker with strong taste.

Someone who understands fashion as culture, not just clothing.

• Strong design fundamentals — spacing, typography, composition

• Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (bonus: After Effects, Blender/C4D, DaVinci)

• A natural with motion graphics — smooth type animations, elegant transitions, snappy reels

• Deep interest in fashion, art history, photography, culture

• Editorial instinct — you know what makes visuals feel premium

• Ability to maintain consistency across all categories

• Obsessed with global fashion brand design (Jacquemus, Acne, Aritzia, Burberry, Glossier, etc.)

• Able to translate moodboards into clear visual directions

• Fast, proactive, idea-driven, collaborative
