We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer personas.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer preferences.
· Design campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, content, SEO, PPC), and offline platforms where applicable.
· Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with brand voice and customer needs.
· Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
· Build content calendars, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
· Collaborate with external vendors, influencers, and media partners as needed.
· Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing projects.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
· Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in B2B/B2C sectors.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
· Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
· Knowledge of graphic design principles and content creation.
· Experience with CRM platforms and customer segmentation.
