About the Role We're seeking a Marketing Strategist with a proven track record in crafting and executing high-impact marketing initiatives, particularly for SaaS products . This role is pivotal in accelerating customer acquisition, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring product-market fit through innovative, data-backed strategies. As a key contributor, you'll take full ownership of strategic planning, design end-to-end marketing campaigns, and work cross-functionally to grow market share and brand equity. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with SaaS product lifecycles and business goals. Identify and segment target audiences to improve engagement, acquisition, and retention. Define value propositions and positioning frameworks to gain a competitive market edge. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and customer pain points. Lead demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media. Implement and refine lead nurturing programs to reduce churn and increase LTV. Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaigns by tracking CAC, LTV, ROI , and other relevant KPIs. Manage the marketing budget efficiently while maximizing returns. Stay abreast of evolving SaaS marketing tools, channels, and technologies. Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the marketing team. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product/SaaS company . Strong background in strategic planning and end-to-end campaign execution. Proficiency with CRM platforms , CMS tools , and marketing automation systems . Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on ROI and measurable impact. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. Why Join Us?
