About the Role

We're seeking a Marketing Strategist with a proven track record in crafting and executing high-impact marketing initiatives, particularly for SaaS products. This role is pivotal in accelerating customer acquisition, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring product-market fit through innovative, data-backed strategies.

As a key contributor, you'll take full ownership of strategic planning, design end-to-end marketing campaigns, and work cross-functionally to grow market share and brand equity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with SaaS product lifecycles and business goals.
  • Identify and segment target audiences to improve engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Define value propositions and positioning frameworks to gain a competitive market edge.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and customer pain points.
  • Lead demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
  • Implement and refine lead nurturing programs to reduce churn and increase LTV.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns by tracking CAC, LTV, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently while maximizing returns.
  • Stay abreast of evolving SaaS marketing tools, channels, and technologies.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product/SaaS company.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on ROI and measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
