With craftsmanship rooted in heritage and marketing built on innovation, we’re scaling a brand that shines both online and offline.Role Overview:We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist who can plan, structure, and drive Izzari’s overall marketing direction. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, content, and growth. You will be responsible for building integrated marketing strategies that support launches, scale revenue, and strengthen brand presence across digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop end-to-end marketing strategies across digital, social, performance, influencer, and offline channels.Plan and execute marketing roadmaps for product launches, festive collections, and seasonal campaigns.Work closely with performance teams to align growth goals with brand messaging and funnel strategy.Define audience segments, customer journeys, and messaging frameworks for different platforms.Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure strategic clarity and consistency in execution.Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies based on data and learnings.Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.Ensure alignment between brand goals, business objectives, and marketing execution.Requirements:3 to 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles.Strong understanding of D2C marketing funnels, performance marketing, and brand building.Experience working with fashion, jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.Ability to read data and convert insights into actionable marketing plans.Comfortable working cross-functionally with founders, creative, performance, and external partners.Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills.
