Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Marketing Strategist. The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, creating marketing plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives and strategies is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and strategic planning
• Strong skills in Market Research and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is an advantage
