Job Description

As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Your role will involve developing strategic marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer personas. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer preferences. - Design campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, content, SEO, PPC) and offline platforms where applicable. - Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives resonate with brand voice and customer needs. - Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to enhance ROI. - Create content calendars, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. - Engage with external vendors, influencers, and media partners as necessary. - Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently for marketing projects. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in B2B/B2C sectors. - Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. Desirable Skills: - Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). - Knowledge of graphic design principles and content creation. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer segmentation. - Creative problem-solving abilities.
