Marketing Strategist

As a Marketing Strategist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives for our SaaS products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our product lifecycles and business goals. - Identifying and segmenting target audiences to enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention. - Defining value propositions and positioning frameworks to gain a competitive edge in the market. - Conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer pain points. - Leading demand generation campaigns across various channels such as digital, social, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media. - Implementing and optimizing lead nurturing programs to enhance customer retention and increase lifetime value. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content, design, sales, and product to ensure successful campaign execution. - Monitoring and optimizing campaigns by tracking key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, and ROI. - Efficiently managing the marketing budget to maximize returns. - Staying updated on the latest SaaS marketing tools, channels, and technologies. - Promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the marketing team. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product/SaaS company. - Strong expertise in strategic planning and end-to-end campaign execution. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and marketing automation systems. - Sound knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and measurable impact. - Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
