Store Sales Assistant

Role Overview: As a Store Sales Assistant, your role will involve executing multiple aspects of store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be located at Whitefield, JP Nagar, or Yelahanka in Bangalore. The salary offered is 4.2 LPA (fixed) with an additional 1.8 LPA in Performance Based Bonuses. You will be required to work 6 days a week with a week off on any of the weekdays. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting the right materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget. - Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and alternatives to help customers make informed choices. - Use strong mathematical skills to calculate quantities, measurements, and estimates accurately. - Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. - Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall success. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, or retail. - High school diploma (or equivalent). - Strong numerical and calculation skills are essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when required. - Familiarity with inventory stocking and merchandising is a plus.
