Kipps.AI provides a suite of AI agents, including chatbots, voice agents, WhatsApp agents, and Instagram agents, which integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. These agents excel at lead qualification, lead nurturing, and providing customer support around the clock. Our solution highlights training data gaps to improve AI performance, minimising the need for human intervention.


Responsibilities


Campaign Follow-up and Lead Nurturing:

Manage post-campaign engagement by sending personalised follow-up emails, scheduling marketing touchpoints, and maintaining a consistent communication cadence with leads and partners.


Content and Presentation Creation:

Assist in developing and customising marketing presentations, proposals, and case studies. Gather relevant insights, update marketing materials, and ensure all content is visually appealing, data-driven, and brand-aligned.


Campaign Coordination and Support:

Collaborate with the technical and design teams to execute marketing campaigns smoothly. This includes coordinating deliverables, collecting performance data, and supporting digital initiatives such as email marketing, webinars, or product launches.


Marketing Operations:

Help maintain marketing databases and CRM systems by logging campaign interactions, updating lead information, and tracking engagement metrics for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.


Market and Competitor Research:

Conduct focused research to identify new market opportunities, analyse competitors, and understand customer segments and emerging trends relevant to the business.


Administrative and Coordination Support:

Manage scheduling for marketing activities such as content releases, social media posts, and campaign reviews to ensure timely execution and team alignment.

Precision in content creation, CRM updates, and research documentation to maintain professionalism and brand consistency.


Technical Aptitude:

Comfort with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic data analytics or reporting dashboards.


Problem-Solving Mindset:

Ability to think critically, adapt to changing campaign dynamics, and suggest improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.


Time Management:

Strong organisational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
