Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content for various platforms, and managing social media accounts. Daily tasks will also include analysing performance metrics, optimising campaigns, and coordinating with marketing and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging.


Responsibility

  • Manage and grow Kipps.AI’s presence on

    LinkedIn and YouTube

    through regular posts, video launches, and active engagement.
  • Plan and execute a

    content calendar

    aligned with company goals and product updates.
  • Analyse

    trends, engagement metrics, and audience behaviour

    to identify high-performing content types and improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn technical content into engaging marketing stories.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure Kipps.AI stays ahead of the curve.
  • (Bonus) Create

    graphics, short-form videos, and simple edits

    for social posts using tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.



Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and/or YouTube business pages.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to turn complex AI or tech concepts into digestible, engaging content.
  • Bonus: Graphic design or video editing experience.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with

    AI, SaaS, or tech marketing

    .
  • Basic SEO and keyword research knowledge for video and post optimisation.
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool).
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for experimenting with new formats.
