Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead the operations of our boutique studio while spearheading our business development initiatives. This hybrid role demands a balance of creativity, operational rigor, and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will ensure the studio runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing brand visibility across our verticals. -------- Key Responsibilities Studio Management Oversee daily operations of the studio including shoot schedules, team coordination, equipment readiness, and client hospitality. Ensure studio upkeep and maintenance, creating a warm and professional environment for clients and team. Coordinate logistics for in-studio and on-location shoots – models, makeup artists, stylists, and production support. Track usage and maintenance schedules for studio props, lights, backgrounds, and other assets. Supervise studio support staff and ensure SOPs are followed for studio usage and cleanliness. Manage booking calendars, troubleshoot conflicts, and ensure maximum utilization of studio slots. Liaise with clients during shoots for any immediate support or escalations. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities across photography and videography segments (personal shoots, brand campaigns, product shoots, events, etc.). Create and maintain a database of potential clients, collaborators, and industry partners. Draft and present proposals tailored to client requirements. Drive lead generation through outbound strategies, partnerships, social media outreach, and events. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure smooth onboarding. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals. Monitor market trends and competition to inform service innovation and pricing strategies. ------- Standard Compensation Package Base Salary Range ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (₹4.2 – ₹6.6 LPA) Variable Pay / Incentives Performance-based Incentives (₹5,000–₹25,000/month based on target achievements): - New client conversions. - Studio utilization targets. - Retention of key accounts or collaboration deals. - Annual Bonus (based on company & individual performance).
