We’ve built a culture of story-first creation. Now we need someone to make sure our social media reflects the power of our work.

WHAT THIS ROLE DEMANDS:

You must be a creator. Not a coordinator.

•If you need someone else to shoot, write, or edit for you — this isn’t your space.

•If you already create impactful reels, photo dumps, carousels, and stories — we’ll notice.

You must think strategically.

•Content should serve brand goals. It should spark emotion and drive results.

•Your content calendar will have both aesthetic flow and business logic.

You must write well.

•Not “just captions.” Voice, tone, storytelling.

•If your copy reads like it came from a bot or a caption bank — you’re not ready for this.

Someone who takes full ownership of their work — no spoon-feeding

You must be sharp with short-form.

•Know pacing, rhythm, music, edits, transitions, text overlays.

•Tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, or Premiere are second nature to you.

You must care deeply about creative quality.

•We don’t post for the sake of posting.

•Every piece of content should feel purposeful, polished, and proudly ours.

Hungry to build, improve, experiment, learn

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

•Conceptualizing and executing reels, carousels, stories, and BTS content

•Owning the daily digital voice across Memoirs, Productions, Studio, and founders’ personal brands

•Storyboarding content ideas from scratch and collaborating with our visual teams

•Tracking analytics and refining content based on engagement and direction

•Running campaigns that create buzz — not just filler content

HARD PASS IF:

• You only manage social calendars without creating

• You rely entirely on designers/editors to bring your ideas to life

• You think Canva + ChatGPT = creativity

• You don’t have a portfolio or IG page that shows your work

• You’re looking for a remote/freelance/part-time gig

  with a starting annual package in the range of Rs. 6 lacs to 7 lacs, based on the applicant's calibre.
