Your role involves capturing high-quality photographs and transforming them into compelling narratives that reflect emotion, creativity, and technical skill. This position includes both photography and editing responsibilities to ensure exceptional visual output across different deliverables. Key Responsibilities as a Photographer: - Event & Wedding Photography: Capture the emotions of life's significant moments with sensitivity and intuition. - Studio Portraits: Create intimate and personalized portraits that reveal the subject's personality. - Commercial Projects: Translate clients" brand narratives into striking visual content. - Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with the creative team and clients to bring ideas to life. As a Photo Editor: - Image Enhancement & Retouching: Edit and retouch photos to ensure the best quality. - Composition & Cropping: Optimize images for visual appeal and storytelling. - File Management: Organize and maintain a digital asset management system. - Quality Control: Review and refine images to meet company standards. - Layout & Design: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging layouts for digital media. Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in photography techniques, lighting, composition, and framing. - Expertise in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. - Experience in diverse photography styles including weddings, portraits, and brand campaigns. - Strong understanding of color theory, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field preferred. - Knowledge of video production and editing is a bonus.
