Key Responsibilities

• Lead management & follow-ups:
• Respond to new enquiries across platforms (Instagram, email, referrals, website)
• Maintain CRM hygiene (we use ClickUp) and track lead movement
• Follow up, qualify leads, and convert conversations into action
• Client communication & pitching:
• Understand client briefs, budgets, and expectations
  

• Present service offerings clearly and with personality- across weddings, brands, or studio formats
• Proposal & deck preparation:
• Draft tailored proposals with visual and verbal alignment
• Suggest services, upsells, and combinations that serve the client’s needs
• Use AI tools, templates, and brand decks to streamline output
• Market outreach & partnerships:
• Identify new segments: wedding planners, interior designers, vendors, venues, agencies
• Initiate partnerships, affiliate programs, and cross-collaborations
• Coordinate BD campaigns for specific products or seasonal offerings
• Sales tracking & coordination:
• Monitor BD metrics weekly: number of leads, closures, categories, drop-offs
• Sync with operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure aligned handovers
• Maintain a warm client journey even post-closure- for upsells and referrals
