Marketing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  payments, purchase orders, and high-volume invoice processing

  using modern tech stacks (SAP, CRM, LMS, Marketing Automation tools).
• Collaborate with

  Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other functions

  to ensure alignment and smooth approval workflows.

• Independently manage vendor interactions, negotiate contracts, and finalize commercial agreements

  with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain

  reports, dashboards, and cost analysis

  of marketing activities using

  Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, macros).

• Drive

  process improvements and workflow optimization

  for operational efficiency.
• Track, monitor, and report

  marketing budgets, spend, and ROI

  to leadership.

Qualifications:

• MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.

• 4+ years of experience

  in

  Marketing Operations / Finance Operations / Vendor Management.

• Proven expertise in

  Excel (including Macros), SAP, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms.
