Position Summary

highly detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Tracking

  • Implement and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag for accurate tracking.
  • Maintain GTM for event/conversion tracking and data integrity.
  • Set up attribution models for multi-touch campaign performance.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage CRM data hygiene, lead scoring, segmentation, and workflows.
  • Align with sales on lead qualification criteria and lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Optimize nurture sequences and trigger-based campaigns.

SEO & Content Analytics

  • Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic growth.
  • Maintain SEO reporting dashboards and monitor technical SEO health.
  • Provide insights to optimize blogs, landing pages, and product listings.

Paid Media Support (PPC & Paid Social)

  • Partner with Performance Marketing team for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and offers.
  • Track KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPL).

Email Marketing Operations

  • Build/segment lists, ensure deliverability, and manage compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR).
  • Assist in design, scheduling, and reporting of email campaigns.
  • Track engagement (open rate, CTR, revenue contribution).

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build dashboards in Looker Studio/Power BI for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain SOPs for tracking, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field;

    MBA preferred

    .
  • 3–5 years in marketing operations, analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in

    GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM platforms

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • experience with U.S. markets is must
  • Hands-on with

    Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

    .
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), PPC platforms, and email tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications (preferred):

    Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce launch environment
