- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals across awareness, acquisition, revenue, and retention.
- Define and maintain the brand playbook to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all channels.
- Set marketing OKRs and build execution plans with continuous tracking and optimization.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Lead creative strategy for campaigns, storytelling, and marketing assets across platforms.
- Launch impactful brand campaigns that drive engagement and emotional connection with target audiences.
- Manage performance marketing across paid social, search, affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion through experimentation and data-led decisions.
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives, onsite conversion optimization, and personalization strategies.
- Build and execute content strategies across social media, influencer partnerships, email, and community platforms.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture influencer and creator relationships to scale organic reach and brand credibility.
- Drive content calendars with timely, trend-driven executions that enhance brand affinity.
- Lead retention marketing through CRM programs, email/SMS journeys, loyalty initiatives, and repeat purchase strategies.
- Analyze customer cohorts and segmentation to deliver personalized messaging.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and long-term engagement.
- Partner closely with Product, E-commerce, Design, and Customer Experience teams.
- Align go-to-market plans with product launches, pricing strategies, and sales promotions.
- Support merchandising and marketplace integrations with marketing insights.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and acquisition funnels.
- Present regular performance updates, insights, and forward-looking action plans to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within D2C or brand-led e-commerce environments.
- Proven expertise in brand building, digital performance marketing, and content-led growth.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, and growth levers.
- Experience managing agencies or building and scaling internal marketing teams.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative direction capabilities.
