Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand and demand marketing strategies with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the narrative around our products, driving enterprise engagement, and developing high-quality marketing content including collaterals, videos, product tutorials , and customer success stories. Key Responsibilities 1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Design and implement targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts in mining, construction, energy, and infrastructure. Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to tailor value propositions and content. Track ABM funnel metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions. 2. Brand and Product Marketing Own the positioning, messaging, and visual identity of Skylark’s product suite (DMO, SPECTRA, Drone Dock, etc.). Develop and maintain core brand assets, pitch decks, and solution briefs for different verticals. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to craft compelling product narratives. 3. Marketing Collateral & Content Creation Build sales enablement materials including brochures, one-pagers, infographics, whitepapers, and case studies. Collaborate with internal experts to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing content. Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date, modular marketing assets. 4. Video Tutorials & Thought Leadership Oversee production of product walkthroughs, feature demo videos, and customer onboarding content. Script, storyboard, and manage external/internal resources for video creation. Support webinars, LinkedIn posts, and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce Skylark’s industry authority. 5. Digital Campaigns & Events Manage marketing campaigns across email, social media (LinkedIn focused), and industry-specific platforms. Coordinate Skylark’s presence in industry events, conferences, and virtual panels. Measure performance and ROI across digital channels and suggest optimization strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably with industrial, SaaS, or drone-tech exposure. Strong understanding of ABM frameworks and MarTech tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Suite). Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills. Experience managing external agencies, designers, and video production teams. Nice to Have Familiarity with drone technology, geospatial data, or enterprise field ops platforms. Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools. Show more Show less
