The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building our sales pipeline. You will play a critical part in introducing Skylark's innovative solutions to the market and turning prospective leads into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new sales leads and potential clients in target industries such as infrastructure, mining, and agriculture.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media channels to introduce Skylark Drones and our value proposition.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Meticulously track and manage all sales activities, communications, and lead information in our CRM system.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to help refine sales strategies and identify new avenues for growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience, including internships, in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role. Experience in a B2B or technology-focused environment is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
