We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage our HR and Accounts functions in the back office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and HR processes, with the ability to multitask and support various administrative operations.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly. Respond to customer emails with accurate and helpful information. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions. Use tools like Gmail, CRM, Excel, etc. Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through market research, outreach, and follow-ups Market Development: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, build strategic tie-ups Team Handling: Manage and motivate a small team to achieve marketing and event goals Client Coordination: Serve as point-of-contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, leads, and partnerships Ideal Candidate Should Have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in event management and/or lead generation Ability to work independently and take initiative Leadership experience in managing a small team Well-organized with attention to detail Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, etc.
