Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in combining strategic thinking with hands-on digital execution. You will work closely with the founders to design and implement marketing strategies, coordinate digital campaigns, and lead communication initiatives that align with our business goals. Your responsibilities will range from content planning to campaign performance, making you pivotal in shaping our brand's online presence. **Responsibilities:** - Partner with the founding team to translate vision into marketing strategies that drive measurable business results - Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, content, and email - Create content (posts, presentations, marketing collateral) and coordinate with designers, writers, and interns for execution - Manage and grow our digital presence, ensuring consistency of brand voice across channels - Monitor campaign performance and digital analytics, provide insights, and refine strategies - Collaborate with a global team to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives **Requirements:** - Strong interest or background in digital marketing, social media, and brand communication - Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate product features into engaging content - Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital campaign management - Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to move from big picture to execution quickly - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proactive, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously If you are equal parts strategist, storyteller, and digital marketer, this role is tailored for you.
