Job Summary:

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and execute the companys overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to create targeted campaigns.
  2. Brand Management:

    • Build a strong brand presence for the company as a leader in ERP solutions for education.
    • Drive consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.
  3. Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Design and implement lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound campaigns.
    • Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified leads.
  4. Product Marketing:

    • Work closely with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings.
    • Create marketing materials, product demos, and sales enablement tools to communicate product value.
  5. Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including PPC, social media, email marketing, and web content.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure ROI and align with company objectives.
  6. Team Leadership:

    • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
    • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams for seamless execution.
  7. Data-Driven Decision-Making:

    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.
    • Report marketing effectiveness and insights to stakeholders.
  8. Partnerships & Outreach:

    • Collaborate with industry leaders, education bodies, and influencers to strengthen market positioning.
    • Drive participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and ERP solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM platforms.
