Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Dwarka Sector 12

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off & Sundays Fixed Off); 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience: 4–7 years in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

1) Email & CRM Marketing

a) Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows

b) Manage CRM systems to ensure targeted and personalized communication

c) Optimize lead nurturing and customer lifecycle journeys


2) Strategy, Analytics & Optimization:

a) Plan and implement digital strategies aligned with business/client goals

b) Track key performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, ROI)

c) Use data insights to continually refine and improve campaigns


3) Team Leadership & Collaboration

a) Lead and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social, content, and email

b) Allocate tasks and oversee project timelines

c) Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team development

d) Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, product, and development)


4) Content & Social Media

a) Develop and manage a content calendar

b) Create and repurpose high-quality content for various platforms (blogs, email, social media, website)

c) Oversee social media presence: content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking


5) Creative & Design Support

a) Work with the team or independently to design marketing collaterals such as brochures, lead magnets, landing pages, and event creatives

b) Coordinate basic video production and editing tasks (a plus if you have hands-on experience)


6) Website & SEO

a) Manage website content and performance

b) Work with development teams to implement SEO best practices and improve UX


7) Event & Campaign Management

a) Plan and execute marketing events like product launches, webinars, or trade shows

b) Ensure integrated campaigns are delivered on time and on brand


8) Client/Partner Coordination

a) Act as the key point of contact for clients, sponsors, or partners

b) Share reports, insights, and campaign progress regularly

c) Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments to ensure goal alignment



Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)

2) 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with team or project management exposure

3) Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, or similar

4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5) Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach

6) Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines


Nice to Have:

a) Basic video editing or production experience

b) Experience in B2B/B2C product launches or event marketing

c) Knowledge of web development basics or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
