Job Description

To drive business growth for Integro Process Heating Solutions by developing new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and expanding the market for Integro’s engineered heating systems and solutions. The role focuses on promoting Integro’s range of Circulation Heaters, Inline Heaters, Air Fin Heaters, and Custom Heating Systemsacross various process industries. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Market DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors such as  Petrochemical, Chemical, Paints & Coatings, Power, Food Processing, and Heavy Engineering. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals. Generate and qualify leads through direct client engagement, online research, industry events, and consultant networks. Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers in coordination with the design and estimation teams. Negotiate and close orders while ensuring profitability and adherence to Integro’s standards. 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with end-users, EPC contractors, OEMs, and consultants. Understand customer processes and pain points to recommend suitable heating solutions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, documentation, and after-sales support. Ensure high customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat business and referrals. 3. Market Intelligence & StrategyTrack competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies in the field of process heating. Identify potential areas for product diversification or new application development. Provide market feedback to management for strategic decision-making and product positioning. 4. Coordination & ReportingWork closely with design, production, and service departments to align customer expectations with deliverables. Maintain an updated pipeline of inquiries, proposals, and conversion data through CRM tools or internal systems. Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports, including visit plans and performance updates. 5. Branding & PromotionRepresent Integro at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings. Support marketing initiatives such as development of brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital promotions. Promote Integro’s capabilities in custom design, engineering, and turnkey process heating systems. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of assigned sales and margin targets. Growth in customer base and new market penetration. Enquiry-to-order conversion ratio. Customer satisfaction and retention metrics. Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities. Qualifications & Experience:Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Experience: 5–10 years of experience in industrial equipment sales or process heating systems preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of thermal systems and industrial heating applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Ability to interpret P&IDs, technical datasheets, and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms. Personal Attributes:Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented. Professional integrity and commitment to quality. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad for business development.
