First Gear Hub is a growing car workshop dedicated to providing top-notch automotive services and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help grow our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote workshop services.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts.
Handle online promotions, advertisements, and local campaigns.
Coordinate with local businesses and customers to build brand awareness.
Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports.
Support customer engagement activities and improve client retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related field (automotive industry preferred).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, social media platforms, Canva, etc.).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with ability to plan and execute campaigns.
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing business.
