Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind our digital presence and marketing effectiveness. This is a highly critical, dual-focus role: you will be responsible for hands-on digital execution (SEO, content promotion, lead generation) and for streamlining our marketing technology and processes to ensure the highest possible quality of lead hand-off and data integrity.


This role requires a candidate who is analytically sharp, deeply understands the B2B/Public Sector buyer journey, and is committed to building a scalable marketing engine rather than just running one-off campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

1.   Demand Generation & Digital Execution (B2G/B2B)

  • SEO Leadership:

     Own and execute the entire SEO strategy, including technical site audits, keyword research tailored to public sector challenges (e.g., "government ERP modernization," "AI in local government"), and optimizing our expert insights/content library.
  • Content Promotion & Nurturing:

     Develop and manage digital campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, specialized industry sites) to drive downloads of reports (e.g., the 2025 Government ERP Report), webinar registrations, and conversions on case studies.
  • Web & Performance Management:

     Manage the company website's performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure a seamless journey from awareness to lead capture.
  • Sales Enablement Content:

     Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to translate complex consulting services (ERP, IT Strategy, AI Consulting) into clear, compelling marketing collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal templates) for the Sales team.


2.   Marketing Operations & Process Optimization


  • MarTech Management:

     Serve as the administrator and optimization lead for our Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and its integration with our CRM.
  • Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) Process:

     Design, document, and enforce a disciplined lead management and scoring process in collaboration with Sales to ensure timely, high-quality follow-up and accurate attribution.
  • Data & Reporting:

     Define, track, and analyze key marketing performance metrics (CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and present regular, data-driven reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Operational Efficiency:

     Identify process bottlenecks in content creation, campaign deployment, and data flow, then implement automated solutions to maximize team efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a consulting, technology, or financial services environment.
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in developing and executing SEO/Content Marketing strategies that drive measurable B2B traffic and qualified leads.
  • Deep proficiency with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce), including building workflows, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on marketing ROI and funnel metrics. You must be able to translate data into clear business strategy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the ability to write compelling content that resonates with senior-level government or municipal leaders (e.g., City Managers, CIOs).
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with proven experience managing multiple projects and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
