You will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating quality leads, and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, technological advancements, and competitive landscape in the health tech sector Analyze data to generate actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare technology and marketing trends Brand Management Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for BlueSemi and our flagship product EYVA Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials Enhance brand awareness and reputation in the target health tech market Marketing Strategy and Planning Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for marketing campaigns and activities Develop targeted strategies to reach healthcare professionals, institutions, and end-users Digital Marketing Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance, ensuring high ROI and effectiveness Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies and platforms relevant to health tech Content Creation and Management Supervise and coordinate the development of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with healthcare audiences, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms Ensure all content adheres to healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards Lead Generation and Nurturing Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion through various marketing channels Create and optimize conversion paths for potential customers interested in our health tech solutions Event Management Plan and execute marketing events, healthcare conferences, and webinars to promote EYVA Ensure successful event participation, maximizing exposure and engagement with potential customers and partners in the healthcare industry Measure and report on event ROI and effectiveness Collaboration and Team Leadership Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork with product development and customer support teams Facilitate effective communication between marketing and other departments Performance Measurement and Reporting Use data-driven approaches to refine and optimize marketing strategies and tactics Present marketing performance reports to senior management and stakeholders Identify trends and insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness Budget Management Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources Monitor marketing expenditures and ROI to maintain cost efficiency Adjust budget allocations based on campaign performance and strategic priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a product-focused health tech company Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail Superior communication and interpersonal skills Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Preferred Skills Experience marketing health tech or medical devices Familiarity with the unique challenges of marketing innovative health technologies Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and buyer journey Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
