Job Description

We at Bajaj Indef are seeking a Marketing Manager who can blend strategic thinking with executional excellence — someone equally comfortable with creative storytelling, data-driven digital marketing, and business-focused go-to-market planning. The role will drive the brand’s content strategy across text, design, and video formats, integrating traditional marketing wisdom with cutting-edge AI tools to amplify visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to define ICPs, sharpen value propositions, and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and own the end-to-end content strategy for all formats — blogs, brochures, videos, case studies, social media, and campaigns.
  • Use AI-enabled tools for content generation, research, and creative optimization.
  • Ensure all communication reflects consistent brand voice, visual identity, and positioning across channels.
  • Build a robust repository of marketing collaterals to support sales, channel partners, and GTM campaigns.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Drive SEO, SEM, SMM, and paid digital campaigns to improve online visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key accounts and industry clusters.
  • Manage email marketing, CRM automation, and nurture workflows to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Track analytics and KPIs across digital touchpoints to continuously optimize ROI.

3. GTM, Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and category promotions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to design integrated campaigns that support revenue goals.
  • Develop marketing playbooks for different customer segments and monitor funnel performance from awareness to conversion.

4. Market & Customer Insights

  • Identify and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and core value proposition for each product line.
  • Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence to influence marketing and product decisions.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for messaging, targeting, and channel optimization.

5. Events, Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, ABP meets, customer connect programs, and internal events.
  • Collaborate with distributors, ABPs, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand reach and engagement.
  • Ensure timely feedback collection from partners and customers to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Administration from a Premium B-School (Engineering background preferred).
  • 5-7 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial products, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns, GTM execution, and content-led lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, SMM, ABM, CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative flair combined with analytical rigor — ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing moves.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
