Job Description

⸻ Position Title: Sales Executive – Hoist Products (Channel Sales) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Reporting To: Regional Manager – South ⸻ Job Purpose: To drive sales of hoist products through channel partners (dealers/business partners) in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing and new business partners, ensuring revenue growth, product visibility, and market penetration in Telangana and surrounding areas. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage business partner network for hoist product sales in the assigned region. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. • Conduct product training, joint customer visits, and sales support to channel partners. • Work closely with service and application teams to offer solutions to end-users. • Monitor dealer performance, provide timely feedback, and assist in resolving issues. • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and suggest suitable actions. • Ensure timely collection of payments from partners as per credit terms. • Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and pipeline tracking via CRM tools. ⸻ Eligibility Criteria: • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory) • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial product sales through channel partners/dealers. Preference for hoists, cranes, or material handling equipment industry. • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu (speaking and writing) is mandatory Good communication in English and Hindi is desirable ⸻ Key Competencies: • Strong dealer/channel management skills • Industrial customer handling experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory • Result-oriented and proactive attitude ⸻ Preferred Candidate: • Residing in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad • Previous experience with hoists/cranes/material handling products will be an advantage • Exposure to B2B capital equipment sales Show more Show less
