Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Engineer position based on-site in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with customers to define solutions that address their needs. You will manage sales inquiries, identify opportunities to deliver value-driven solutions, and provide technical consultation to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating between the technical and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to provide solution-driven approaches to complex technical challenges.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-centric mindset to identify, engage, and build relationships with clients.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Service principles, with a commitment to providing superior client support and resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• Capability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the industrial automation sector or a similar field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
