Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai and Coimbatore for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the sales process. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, delivering technical presentations, assisting in creating proposals, and ensuring that customer requirements are translated effectively into solutions. The role will also require building strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Experiance in Material handling equipments will be added advantages.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to deliver effective technical solutions to clients
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to meet client needs and build strong relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant sales platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial equipment sector will be an advantage
