Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible fornt end customer visiting & providing technical sales support, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate product solutions, presenting proposals and demonstrations, handling inquiries, and contributing to sales goals through business development initiatives and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering, addressing technical aspects of client requirements, and offering optimal solutions.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Technical Support with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a strong focus on building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders confidently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required; relevant work experience in the industrial automation or valve industry is preferred.
