Role Overview: As an experienced and results-driven Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding the business in Surat and Vapi. This high-impact, field-based position requires you to lead customer engagements, identify new opportunities, and drive business development. Your responsibilities will include building strategic relationships, providing technical expertise, and influencing customer decisions through effective field interactions and direct selling. Key Responsibilities: - Lead field visits and engage with key decision-makers to generate new inquiries and build long-term relationships - Analyze customer requirements strategically and recommend tailored solutions aligning with their business goals - Confidently present company capabilities and products to diverse stakeholders, driving awareness and trust - Prepare, negotiate, and close proposals in collaboration with customers and internal teams - Coordinate seamlessly with manufacturers and partners to ensure smooth order processing and execution - Identify and pursue opportunities through market research and e-tender portals, contributing to strategic growth - Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering - 2-8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Valves, Motors, Gearbox, VFDs - Strong customer relationship management skills and consultative selling approach - Ability to independently manage client accounts and influence buying decisions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools - Comfortable working autonomously while aligning with broader organizational goals Additional Company Details: The company offers a platform where your experience and insights directly impact growth.
