Sales Engineer - VFD

As a Sales Engineer specializing in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer inquiries received via mail or phone calls and forward them to the manufacturer based on specific customer requirements. It will be essential for you to check incoming emails daily and provide relevant replies or offers to both customers and manufacturers promptly. Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering presentations about the Company Profiles and various SSC Products to customers during visits, aiming to generate inquiries from both existing and potential new customers. You will need to schedule appointments with customers and conduct on-site visits to their facilities as required. Ensuring timely submission of offers to customers and maintaining regular follow-ups will be crucial parts of your role. You will also be responsible for liaising with manufacturers regarding customer inquiries and engaging in technical discussions with customers through phone calls and face-to-face meetings post-product offer submission. Upon receiving a customer's purchase order, your duty will be to raise the Order Acknowledgment (OA) and place the order with the manufacturer through our team. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor online tender opportunities on E-tender websites. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong Sales Engineering and Customer Service skills, with a proven track record in VFD sales. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or a related field is preferred, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential, while familiarity with VFDs would be advantageous.
