Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer with expertise in the sales of instrumentations & control, electrical & electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales activities, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing technical support to clients. Key Responsibilities: Presales Activities: - Provide technical support during the sales process, including product selection, application engineering, and customisation. - Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and cost estimates to customers. - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed of industry trends and developments. Customer Relationship Management: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. - Regularly update Funnel with customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status. - Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and services. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or master degree in Instrument & control, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or MBA Experience: min 5-7 years of experience in sales of Process instrument, Automation & Electrical & Electronics or related products. Sales Skills: - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals in a competitive market. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer Focus: - Strong customer orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service. - Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
