Job Title: Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Advertising & Lead Generation) Overview: We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our advertising and lead generation initiatives in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will design and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and maximize sales for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Advertising Strategy & Campaign Management Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media. Develop and execute Facebook Ads, Google Ads (PPC), YouTube, and Instagram campaigns to attract property buyers. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives, videos, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, and conversion rate improvements. Lead Generation & Nurturing Implement data-driven strategies for lead generation and automation using CRM tools. Develop and maintain funnels to capture high-quality leads from multiple channels. Partner with sales teams to ensure lead quality and follow-up efficiency. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot for lead tracking and insights. Market Research & Branding Conduct market analysis to identify audience segments, competitor activities, and property trends. Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing content and reputation management. Manage online presence including website SEO, social media, and listings on real estate portals Event & Project Promotions Coordinate project launch events, property fairs, influencer collaborations, and on-ground activations. Create promotional materials such as brochures, hoardings, and digital campaigns to support sales. Reporting & Performance Metrics Analyze campaign ROI, lead-to-sale conversion, and digital ad performance. Present monthly marketing performance reports to management. Recommend improvements based on data and industry trends. Required Skills: Proven experience (3–7 years) in real estate marketing or property advertising. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM platforms. Creative thinker with expertise in content marketing, video marketing, and brand positioning. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Familiarity with tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration. Experience with real estate developers, agencies, or brokerage firms. Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior in the real estate sector.
