Job Title: Site Coordinator Location: Plot No. 173, Tech Zone IV, Iteda, Noida, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306 Job Type: Full-Time Department: Site Operations / Project Management Aarush Developers is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company known for its commitment to quality construction, operational excellence, and transparent business practices. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient on-site project execution. The Site Coordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations at the construction or project site. This includes supporting the project team, liaising with contractors and vendors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation and communication. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating site activities and ensuring work is progressing as per the schedule Act as a bridge between project management, site engineers, vendors, and contractors Maintain daily logs of site activities, manpower attendance, material deliveries, and equipment usage Ensure proper documentation such as work permits, material receipts, and inspection reports Monitor site safety practices and report any hazards or incidents immediately Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and maintain stock records Support the quality control process by ensuring materials and work meet project standards Provide logistical support for workers and subcontractors on-site Ensure site is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly Attend site meetings and assist in preparing progress reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree 2–4 years of experience in site coordination or site supervision (real estate/construction industry preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic understanding of project drawings, BOQs, and site technicalities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with project management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing site conditions Knowledge of site safety regulations and compliance standards Must have own 2-wheeler vehicle for daily site visits and local travel Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects Knowledge of local construction laws, approvals, and processes What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to work on reputed real estate or infrastructure projects Professional growth and career development Supportive team environment On-site allowances as applicable Location: Aarush Developers Plot No. 173, near Royal Flavour Resturant, Tech Zone IV, Iteda, Noida, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306 Job Type: Full-Time Share your resume- hr@aarushdevelopers.com Or whatsaap at- 9220442280
